Week 45 – What Else Have I Accomplished In My Life?

Over the past two weeks, rx you’ve reflected the accomplishments you’ve had in your work and your relationships.  In addition to those two key areas of your life, ailment you have probably accomplished many other things.  This is the time to highlight these accomplishments.  Over the past 6-9 months, treat what have been some of your most important accomplishments in:

  • Your health and well-being?
  • Your personal growth that comes from learning and experience?
  • Your financial well-being?
  • Your spiritual practice?
  • Your understanding of yourself?
  • Your leisure activities?
  • Your environment (home, community, etc.)?

When you’re done, congratulate yourself for all the work you’ve done in the past 3 weeks.  Seeing all that you’ve accomplished must give you a great deal of energy to continue to grow and to shape your life going forward.  It can also give you a great sense of the strengths and talents you bring to your life, every day.  I hope you realize just how amazing you truly are.
