Week 44 – What Accomplishments Stand Out In My Relationships?
Last week I asked you to take a few moments to reflect on all the accomplishments you’ve had in the work you do, viagra paid or unpaid. This week take a few moments to reflect on all the relationships that enrich your life – your family, buy friends, work colleagues, and in your community.
- Think about the quality of your relationships with your immediate and extended family. How do those relationships nurture you soul, and how do you nurture those you love? How do these relationships enrich your life? Is there anything missing in those relationships?
- How close and supportive are your relationships with your friends? How do they contribute to your overall happiness? How do you support them in return? Is anything missing?
- How would you describe your relationships with your colleagues at work? What contributions do you make to building positive relationships? What support do your colleagues give you?
- How connected are you with your community or the broader world community? Having strong relationships with your community helps you feel grounded and supported.
Strong relationships are the cornerstone of a happy life. Without strong relationships, life is difficult. Taking time to reflect on all that you bring to your most important relationships will help you to acknowledge all that you do and to see what else you need to do to strengthen those relationships even further.
